Ah, spiders. I never understand how they get in, and the older I get, the less I see the webs and all of a sudden I’m aghast at the size of one that is so very obvious. How did I miss that? Old eyes. 🙂
I wonder if the spiders intentionally take up residence in places where eyesight isn’t as good as it used to be. They can build spider condos and we might not notice. Double ick. I do like blaming my eyesight rather than my housekeeping habits comma lack of.
There is really something highly suggestable in the thought of a spider anywhere, isn’t there? A definite sense that something is crawling somewhere. That wretched spider has danced all over my ceiling, keeping a wary eye on me. He knows he has the high ground and I think he’s having a great time.
