I do love cheese, but I haven’t seen anything like that photo since we visited Europe. That day, I certainly sat and watched. 🙂

You were taking part in a long chain of rumination, given the milk came from a ruminant and cheese making is most likely a thoughtful process. I will think on that next time I eat cheese.
