concentrated
richness-sated.
Simple guise
bewitching eyes
a depth belies.
Seduction incredible
memory indelible
the poem edible.
And so, dear reader, in honor of Poetry Month, it behooves us to eat more desserts.
And to use more words like “behooves.”
Many thanks to the poetic soul of S.W. Berg and his Photo Archives.

Oh my goodness, one of my favorites, and I haven’t had an opportunity to enjoy one in too long. When we lived in the Midwest, creme brûlée was on a lot of menus, but not so much up here in NH. It looks amazing, and can one ever eat too many desserts? Now I’m going to be checking local restaurants to see who offers it. 🙂

A noble quest: to find crème brulee in NH! Then, of course, you’ll have to be even more noble and sample each to see which is the best. This should make for some great blog posts! And you are exactly right: there is no such thing as too many desserts.
