Love your header shot. 🙂 There are home made pickles and store bought pickles – two different worlds of taste and enjoyment. I haven’t made pickles in years but still have great memories. 🙂

Thanks — glad you like the header! I had to fight the bees for the close-up of the alyssum. Did you make your pickles in crocks? I’ve known only one person who made her own dill pickles — in crocks — and they were what all dill pickles should be! I was in awe. Now I’m in awe of the memory. Pickle memories — are we lucky or what?

My MIL made them in crocks, and they were fantastic. I made mine in jars. I can’t even imagine going to that much work these days. LOL Good thing I have those memories. 🙂
